1. Definitions

2. Copyright and Ownership

• All rights, title, and interest in the Film, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company.

• The Company retains the right to distribute, modify, and exploit the Film in any media now known or hereafter devised.

3. Compensation

• Employees shall be compensated as per their individual contracts. Payments shall be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.

• Any rights to royalties from the Film may be subject to separate agreements.

4. Confidentiality

• All parties involved in the production shall maintain confidentiality regarding the Film's project details, script, and any proprietary information.

• Disclosure of confidential information to third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Conduct

• Employees and collaborators are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the production.

• Harassment, discrimination, and any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of contracts.

6. Insurance and Liability

• The Company will obtain adequate insurance coverage for the production.

• Employees are required to have appropriate health and safety insurance. The Company is not liable for personal injury or property damage incurred during the production.

7. Location Permits and Filming Regulations

• All necessary permits for filming on location must be obtained in accordance with Singaporean laws.

• Filmmakers are expected to follow local regulations and guidelines during production to ensure public safety and environmental protection.

8. Rights of the Company

• The Company reserves the right to make decisions regarding cast, crew, and any other production-related matters.

• The Company may, at its discretion, terminate any employee or collaboration at any time without cause.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore.

• If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Chapter 10) of Singapore.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

11. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of amendments shall be given to all relevant parties.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in any capacity in the Film, all parties agree to these terms and conditions.
